Temple Twilight by Soulvent is a Woody Aromatic fragrance for women and men. Top notes are Pink Pepper and Moss; middle notes are Cedarwood, Iris, Cypress and Orris; base notes are Incense, Patchouli, Papyrus and Ebony. Inspired by the unique experience of visiting Lingyin Temple in Hangzhou at night. In comparison the bustling daytime, night time in the temple feels especially mysterious and quiet. The faint aroma of incense and the humid cold air makes the night visit feel exceptionally quiet and lonely. The top notes open with pink pepper and moss bring forth a warmth without spice that mixes with the cool and fresh ambience of nature, like smoke lingering from an incense burner in the late of night. The middle notes of cedarwood, cypress wood and orris(iris) create a blend that mirrors that of an undisturbed ancient forest — the rich and woody aroma contrasts nicely with the delicate coolness.
