Under the Sun by Odyssey is a Oriental Spicy fragrance for women and men. Under the Sun was launched in 2024. The nose behind this fragrance is Anunsith Wongkornvanich. Top notes are Cinnamon, Mandarin and Peach; middle notes are Black Pepper, Magnolia and Solar Notes; base notes are Orris Root, Vetiver and Amber. Under the Sun by Odyssey is a unisex fragrance from the Taigrance Exclusive collection, conceived around the contrast between warmth, exposure, and the need for shelter. Inspired in part by a monologue from the Taiwanese film "A Sun," the perfume reflects themes of constant expectations and the emotional weight of living under unrelenting scrutiny, using sunlight as a metaphor for these pressures. The composition opens with mandarin, peach, and cinnamon, combining citrus brightness, soft fruitiness, and gentle spice to suggest both freshness and warmth. In the heart, a solar accord evokes the sensation of sunlit air, joined by the spiciness of black pepper and the floral nuance of magnolia. The base settles into earthy and subtly powdery vetiver and orris root, wrapped in amber, which adds a glowing, smoldering warmth reminiscent of sun‑heated earth.
