In the heart of Abegoaria village, nestled deep within the enchanting landscapes of Alentejo, lies the cherished memory of a midsummer dream. It’s a recollection of warm summer days spent traversing the dusty roads of Caridade, nestled snugly in a caleche alongside beloved grandparents. The caleche, carefully guarded in the garage, holds within its weathered frame the essence of countless summer adventures. Leather seats, once polished to a gleam, adorned with linen covers delicately scented with fleur d’ azahar. Amidst the rhythmic clip-clop of hooves and the gentle sway of the carriage, tales unfurl like ribbons in the summer breeze. Hours stretch into eternity as the horizon beckons, a canvas for shared dreams and whispered secrets. These memories, like fragments of a fleeting dream, transport back to a time of pure happiness—a sanctuary in the heart of Abegoaria village, where the spirit of summer dances eternally in the golden light of cherished recollections.
