In the 1930s, skiing was an elite sport, and Albert Fouquet, a Parisian aristocrat and talented perfumer, often visited high-society gatherings. He was invited by his friend Nicolas to a pre-Christmas dinner in Megève, a discreet luxury ski resort created by Baroness Maurice of Rothschild.\n\nAt the dinner, Fouquet met Annicke, a young Austrian woman of extraordinary beauty and elegance. They spent the evening talking, laughing, and dancing, forming a lasting connection. Inspired by the magic of that night—the mountain air, the fireplace, and the atmosphere of the exclusive party—Fouquet created a new perfume, “Nuit de Megève,” capturing the essence of the experience.
