“I wanted to create a scent that would evoke the sublime beauty and aromatic complexity of vanilla. I envisioned the pods as the heart and soul of the fragrance, radiating its distinctively sweet and creamy notes. I also wanted to capture the verdant aspects that surround it, painting a vivid olfactory picture of a lush tropical paradise. Galbanum, a resinous ingredient known for its unique aromatic facets, became an integral part of the composition. Its green and herbaceous qualities provided a captivating contrast to the vanilla, adding a touch of intrigue and complexity. The galbanum essence also serves as a bridge between the floral and the green elements of the fragrance, harmonising the overall composition,” Alexandra Monet, Perfumer.
